TrackPro Manager software performs day-to-day compliance monitoring tasks, including:

How does the software ensure compliance?

Before moving a resident in, TrackPro Manager tests all pertinent information against the tax credit program requirements, such as:

Green Dot Comparisons of income and rent levels to the applicable income limits and maximum rent guidelines
Green Dot First-year applicable fraction analysis
Green Dot Compliance with next available unit and unit vacancy rules

All of these comparisons will tell you on a building-by-building basis if your property is in compliance with federal and state requirements.

Can I print reports?

TrackPro Manager will save all information entered for your credit period. You can run point-in-time reports to see individual resident information, unit status, building-by-building property analysis and pending lease activity.

And event history reports can be easily run and sent to your state housing authority without the need for manual tracking.

What kind of user support is available?

Annual support is also available and provides up to 12 hours of free phone support, automatic maintenance for software upgrades and changes to tax credit laws.
